By visiting shopgobbler.com and/or purchasing from us, you engage with our service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Products, pricing & taxes All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing, but do not warrant that all content is error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change prices, specifications, or availability without prior notice.

2. Orders & acceptance Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, or to limit quantities, at our discretion. In the event of a pricing or stock error, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.

3. Payments We accept prepaid payments only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available, and orders are dispatched only after payment is successfully received. Payments are processed through a secure third-party UPI payment gateway; we do not store your UPI ID, card, or banking credentials. You confirm that the payment details you provide are valid and that you are authorised to use them.

4. Shipping, replacements & refunds Delivery, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and our Refund & Replacement Policy, which form part of these Terms.

5. Warranties Products may carry a manufacturer's warranty as specified on the product page or in the box. Except as required by applicable law, products are provided "as is" and we disclaim implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted.

6. Limitation of liability To the extent permitted by law, Gobbler shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any product purchased from us. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

7. Intellectual property All content on this site — text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Gobbler or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Governing law & jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal.

9. Changes to terms We may update these Terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that order.
